Sugi Essential Oil, which also means “cedar” in Japanese, comes from tall, evergreen trees in Japan that yield valuable, soft wood. For centuries, this peppery, yet woody essential oil has been used in Japanese cultures for its calming and relaxing benefits. It may also enhance circulation and boost a healthy immune system, as well as help soothe joints and sore muscles due to overexertion. Because it is also rich in Pinene, Sugi may support a healthy respiratory system.

DIRECTIONS
Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
