Dill Weed is an essential oil that is a go to when digestive upset arises. This oil is mellow, yet effective and is KidSafe. We use Dill Weed in our Tummy All Better and Immune Boom KidSafe synergy blends. To help boost immunities during times of seasonal illness, Dill Weed is another effective option. It can also ease menstrual discomfort. The green, herbaceous, warm scent is gentle and soothing. It not only eases digestive issues and menstrual discomfort, but it's also helpful during times of worry and tension. This oil is not a common oil, but it is effective and loved by those that come to use it!

Directions: Create a Dill Weed bath that will help with digestive upset by adding a few drops of Dill Weed Essential Oil to a 1/2 cup of Epsom salts and 1/2 tablespoon of carrier oil; mix together and add to your bath. To help relieve menstrual discomfort combine 2 drops of Dill Weed with 2 teaspoons of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil; massage onto the abdomen in a clockwise motion.
