Bergamot Mint's refreshing aroma supports healthy emotional balance, calms the mind, and helps renew the spirit. The soft minty scent can provide the boost you need to feel awake and ready to go. Bergamot Mint is a great addition to beauty and bath products and can be helpful during turbulent times during a woman’s cycle. 

The main constituents are Linalool and Linalyl Acetate, which are well-known for their uplifting and calming properties. The chemical makeup of Bergamot Mint crosses between Lavender and Bergamot, with a hint of mint. It is safer than other mint oils and due to its high Linalool content, it is calming, yet not sedating, and can carry you away from everyday worries. It can help with body discomfort, occasional digestive upset, and support a healthy immune system. When musty or unpleasant smells abound, Bergamot Mint can offer a refreshing, clean scent.

Directions :
Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in an inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier. 

To calm an upset stomach mix together 3 drops of Bergamot Mint, 2 drops of Bergamot, and 2 drops of Spearmint with 2 Tbsp of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil and rub on the stomach in a clockwise motion.
