Return and Refund Policy

We recommend our customers to open the box immediately when pick up from SF Express or whatever, to check the goods and quantity are the same as the order. If there is any discrepancy, please do not open the package or remove any seal of the goods and take a photo in a reasonable time and WhatsApp to our cs at 53002039 immediately, we will arrange replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Please note that if the customer has opened the packaging of the product or removed the seal of the package or whatever, we have the right to refuse to replace the goods or refund the cost.

After opening the package of the product, if the customer found that the product is damaged or broken, please take a photo in a reasonable time and WhatsApp to our cs at 53002039 immediately, we will arrange to replace the same product according to the situation. The company will be responsible for all shipping costs. However, if the company does not have the same inventory of goods, we will allow our customer to replace the equivalent value of goods or request a full refund.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer cannot cancel the order and request a refund unless agreed by the company



Purchasing transaction:

After the customer receives the order confirmation email from us, the customer cannot cancel the order and/or request refund unless we agree.  However, some for order that may not be purchased on behalf of the customer due to the supply of the goods in the place of purchase, if the purchase is not made on behalf of the customer, we will notify the customer as soon as possible, and the customer may choose to purchase other products or request a full refund. The refund will be returned to the Hong Kong bank account designated by the customer within three working days.

As for receiving the ordered product, if it found to be damaged or broken, if it is not damaged or broken due to improper handling of the company (for example, because the company's packaging is not good when the product is forwarded, the product is broken), we have right to refuse replacement or refund.
