SF Express-Pickup at SF Station (Delivery takes 2-3 days)
After the customer chooses this delivery method on the checkout page, please select the SF area and SF address. We will send the goods to the selected SF station. After the shipment arrived at the SF station, the customer will receive a SMS from SF. Mobile phone on the notification that the shipment has arrived and there is a set of six-digit password, customers can go to SF station to show the six-digit password in the SMS to pick up, so customers please make sure that the mobile phone number entered on the order is correct, otherwise no SMS will be received.
SF Express-Pickup by SF Service Center (Delivery takes 2-3 days)
After the customer chooses this delivery method on the checkout page, please select the SF area and SF address. We will send the goods to the selected SF service center. After the shipment arrived at the SF service center, the customer will receive an SMS from SF and notify you that the shipment has arrived and there is a set of six-digit password. The customer can go to the SF Service Center and show the six-digit password for pick up, so the customer must make sure the mobile phone number entered on the order is correct, otherwise no SMS will be received.
SF Express- smart locker (delivery takes 2-3 days)
After the customer chooses this delivery method on the checkout page, please select the address of the smart locker where you want to pick up the goods. After the shipment arrived the selected smart locker, the customer will receive a 6-digit pickup password in the SMS sent by SF, please pick up the goods within 48 hours after receiving the SMS. If the shipment is over 48 hours, the shipment will be automatically returned to the SF warehouse . The customer should change to the SF service station to pick up the goods. A shipping charge will be occurred.
SF Express-7-11 convenience store pickup (delivery takes 3-7 days)
After the customer chooses this delivery method on the checkout page, please select the district and 7-11 convenience store. We will send the goods to the selected 7-11 convenience store via SF Express. After the shipment arrived at the 7-11 convenience store, customer will receive a SMS from SF to the mobile phone a set of six-digit password. The customer should go to the 7-11 convenience store within two days after receiving the SMS. Customers must ensure that the mobile phone number entered on the order is correct, otherwise no SMS will be received, and also a shipping charge will be occurred.
SF Express-Pickup at OK Convenience Store (Delivery takes 3-7 days)
After the customer chooses this delivery method on the checkout page, please select the district and the nearest OK convenience store closer to you. We will send the goods to the selected OK convenience store via SF Express. After the shipment arrived at the OK convenience store, the customer will receive a SMS from SF to your mobile phone the shipment has arrived and there is a set of six-digit password. The customer must go to the OK convenience store and show the six-digit number within two days after receiving SMS. Customers must ensure that the mobile phone number entered on the order is correct, otherwise the pickup SMS will not be received and the shipping cost will be occurred.
SF Express to business address (Delivery takes 1-2 days)
After chose this delivery method on the checkout page, the customer needs to enter the recipient's name and delivery address. Some addresses are classified remote place such as Tseung Kwan O Industrial Area and Lantau Island. All schools registered with the Education Department are exempted. If the customer enters a remote address or residential address, SF will charge a surcharge of HK$30 during delivery. All the charges will be varied and charged by SF Express subject to final notification.

* All kindergartens, elementary schools, secondary schools, post-secondary education institutions or other types of education centres / institutions registered with the Hong Kong Education Bureau and having a valid school registration number, and higher education institutions are exempted remote surcharges.
* All public hospitals managed by the Hong Kong Hospital Authority and private hospitals registered with the Hong Kong Department of Health are exempted remote surcharges.
SF Express to Macau (Delivery takes 4-7 days)
After the customer selects this shipping method on the checkout page, they need to enter the recipient's name and shipping address., phone number. Please note that for Macau friends, every purchase over $500 free shipping cost of SF Express during promotion period

Shipment tracking:
For Hong Kong and Macau orders, after the goods are sent, the customer will receive the "shipped" notification via email sent by us. It will show the SF Express order number, and trace the parcel via SF website which we will stated in our email.
